Our Specialty Activity Chairs range brings together supportive seating designed to help people stay active, independent and comfortable at home, at work, at school or during rehabilitation.

The VELA Tango chair is designed for people who need extra stability, support and confidence during everyday activities. It can help make tasks such as working at a desk, moving around the home, preparing meals, learning, training or participating in daily routines feel safer and more manageable.

Available with manual or electric seat-height adjustment, the VELA Tango can assist with sitting down, standing up and finding a comfortable working height. Features such as stable armrests, a central brake and easy-rolling wheels provide added support when getting in and out of the chair and moving through daily tasks.

Selected models are also available with Power Wheels, offering extra assistance for users who may not have the strength or energy to move the chair around throughout the day. This can help conserve energy, improve independence and make it easier to stay active for longer periods, while still maintaining the stability and support expected from a specialised activity chair.
